I used to care about what happened on your show. Watched you every week. But then the CW, which is a sad excuse for a network, decided to have what seems like a 6 month hiatus in the winter. I know it does this every year, but this time I decided that's enough. I stopped caring. See what happens when you stop putting new shows on? No one watches your network at all and then no one bothers to see when they will start.
I'd say I'll miss you. But I'll probably forget to do that, since all the other networks are showing new TV and I'm plenty distracted by that.

Comment on Mark McGwire
I normally don't care about this stuff, just tune it out, but I have a quick opinion I'd like to share:
I saw video on ESPN of Albert Pujols about this, saying "everybody makes mistakes"
Let me clarify - Mark McGwire taking steroids for 10 years was not a mistake. It was an intentional and conscious decision. You can't mistakenly take illegal drugs for 10 years. Not possible.
And to all those people who say "well, it wasn't banned in baseball," guess what? IT WAS ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES. MLB shouldn't have to ban drugs that are already illegal, it's redundant.
That being said. I don't care about Mark McGwire and I'm not surprised by his revelations, especially after he testified in front of Congress and repeatedly insisted that he "wasn't going to talk about the past."

I'm Not Defending Him, But...

After all this shit has come down over the last couple weeks, I guess it's hard to question any of the claims, but are we really believing all these women? In this day and age, why are we not questioning their stories at all??
We live in a society of fame-whores; of people willing to do ridiculous things on reality TV for the chance at fame (or infamy) -- I mean, have you seen Jersey Shore or Wipeout?? Isn't it possible that one or two or three or more of these girls are lying to get on TV. I mean, the second a woman comes forward, she's put on the Today Show or Dateline or the View. Sounds like a good deal for them.
I'll admit, I stopped paying attention to this story pretty much from go, but only a couple of the women have provided pictures or voicemails or text messages to corroborate. And Tiger hasn't confirmed any particular woman, only confirming there was infidelity. From what I can tell, at least 10 women cannot be confirmed, and yet the news has been "15 mistresses" and "another comes forward." Unfortunately, he's put himself in the position where no matter what's the truth, he'll forever be known as having X amount of mistresses. And unfortunately for soceity, as more and more women realize they can make these claims and get on TV we'll most likely get to hear more and more about this story in the coming weeks and months.

Undecided
I don't know yet if I like my co-op. It's been nearly a month, and yet, can't make a decision about my opinion on it. There are things I like, but I still find myself totally unenthusiastic about what I'm researching and what I'm doing. Maybe I'm just in a lull that I'll get over. It's just that, while I'm doing real things finally, I'm doing the same real things. Motion to suppress after motion to suppress. Also, I'm not getting the feedback I would like. I know my boss is busy, but I would like more timely feedback because it feels like there are long time gaps between when I write something and when he reads it. And then, it feels like he hands me a case to write a motion on and I can't get him to sit with me and talk things out. I need to verbalize things and get some interaction and some encouragement, especially dealing in a new arena like I am. I'm new at this!
The people are nice though.
